On the Newshour tonight, This is downright ridiculous. On the one hand, there is stench & congestion in hospitals. And on the other hand, there is a crumbling infrastructure. This is the same place where CM has paid a visit earlier. But the Nitish Kumar Govt has not learnt any lesson so far from the outrage.
