Between February and May, in the country between February and May, the search for work from home or remote working facilities has registered an increase of 377 percent, due to the epidemic coronavirus crisis. Indeed’s report says that the search with remote work on its platform in India has registered an increase of over 377 percent.

For your information, let us tell you that similarly, a huge increase of 168 percent has been seen in job posts related to remote work and work from home. The same, Shashi Kumar, managing director of Indeed India said, covid-19 has forced us to change our way of working. Due to this, there has been a lot of increase in remote working and it is likely to continue.

In his statement, Kumar said that industries will have to think together about the strategy related to the workforce for the coming time. Along with this, such employees will have to be made skilled in new ways, which are feared to be lost in employment.
