Bhopal: a minimum of twenty pilgrims from Madhya Pradesh were killed on Tuesday evening once a bus carrying them fell into a gorge on Gangotri road in Uttarakhand.
Seven persons were reclaimed once the mishap. The pilgrims were travel to Indore and Dhar in Madhya Pradesh.
The bus was getting back from Gangotri Dham on Tuesday. because the bus reached near Nalupani in Uttarakashi district, it lost balance and fell into the deep depression.
The battle-scarred were admitted to Chianyalisain hospital. cardinal pilgrims had left in 2 separate buses once they wanted blessings at Gangotri Dham.
The two vehicles were running closely once one amongst them fell into the depression, around three hundred feet deep.
CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan declared exgratia of Rs 2 100000 every next to the kin of these killed within the mishap and has urged Railways minister Suresh Prabhu to send a special train to bring the dead and survivors to Madhya Pradesh.
A rescue team from Indore can leave for Uttarakhand on Wednesday, Indore collector P Narahari same.
