Has Shahid Kapoor having signed a Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion) deal with Netflix?
The actor was actually in talks with Amazon Prime Video.
Subhash K Jha reveals that Amazon will pay him well — not Rs 100 crore, but an amount closer to Rs 55 crore to Rs 60 crore (Rs 500 million to Rs 600 million) for a five-film deal, starting with Raj-DK’s Web series which the duo will direct after they finish Family Man 2.
The deal should keep Shahid busy for the next two years, since there are no new movie offers happening.
