RBI tightens up on Yes Bank, customers can withdraw 50 thousand only

The Reserve Bank of India has set an upper limit to withdraw money on Yes Bank, which is facing a financial crisis. Under this, account holders will no longer be able to withdraw more than Rs 50 thousand from Yes Bank. This withdrawal limit will remain in force until 3 April 2020. Apart from this, the central bank has also appointed Prashant Kumar, the former DMD, and CFO of SBI, as the administrator for a month, withholding the rights of the board of directors of Yes Bank.
