Two days before her birthday, Janhvi Kapoor headed to Chennai for a pooja for her mother Sridevi’s second death anniversary in accordance with the Hindu calendar.
She was accompanied by her father Boney Kapoor.
The pooja was held on March 4 and held at Sridevi’s Chennai home.
Janhvi posted a few pictures on Instagram and captioned it, ‘Wish you were here.’
Sridevi’s family members were present for the pooja.
Among those present were Ajith, who stars in the Tamil remake of PINK — called Nerkonda Paarvai — as well as Valimai, both produced by Boney Kapoor.
Raam Punjabi and his wife Raakhee flew down from Indonesia to attend the pooja.
Also present were Boney’s friend Jackie and actor Vijay Kumar at whose home Boney and Sridevi had got married.
