Sonam Kapoor’s pairing with Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan in the cricket saga The Zoya Factor may not have gone well but plans are on to film Anuja Chauhan’s other best-seller, The Battle For Bittora.
Now, the question is, who will star opposite Sonam in it?
Produced by Sonam and Rhea Kapoor, The Battle For Bittora has been much-delayed, as it was initially supposed to pair the actress with her Khubsoorat actor, Fawad Khan.
But he left Bollywood abruptly.
Sonam had also felt that Dulquer would be the right fit for the film, but The Zoya Factor’s box office fate cancelled that off.
Now, the hunt is on for a male actor.
That’s easier said than done, of course.
A source close to the development tells Subhash K Jha, “The Battle Of Bittora is a heroine-driven project. With Sonam as a producer, most leading men would feel they would be sidelined.”
While Sonam may find it hard to find herself a leading man who will let her take centrestage, we ask you, dear readers, to suggest an actor who looks the best opposite her. Do write in the message board below.
