Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 that debuted in India last year has received a new software update. The update brings with it Digital Wellbeing, upgraded earpiece performance, optimised display corners, enhanced dark mode and much more. It is being rolled out in batches so it may take a little while to reach all of the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 devices.
To help users reduce the time they spend on their device’s apps, Asus has released the Digital wellbeing feature on Zenfone Max Pro M2 with the update. On enabling the feature, users can set time limits on app usages and see how many times a particular app is opened or which app notification grab your attention the most throughout the day.
With the new update, users will be able to enjoy calls with better voice quality and volume. The update will also bring the latest Google security patch — June 2019 — to the device and optimised display corners and screen brightness control for any lighting condition. The UI elements have been enhanced for rounded display corners.
On updating the Zenfone Max Pro M2, the pattern unlock system will be optimised too. Users will be able to unlock the device with ease with visible pattern pins on both dark or white backgrounds. Lastly, the Dark mode has been improved which will enable better dark mode support across the UI, apps and app notifications on the device.
